With our Admin Services solution, we’ll do this for you. Your server will be included in our custom monitoring software system and the second there’s a trace of a problem, our skilled tech support engineers will be warned instantly.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the easiest thing in the world. You will either need to use another server or your home computer, alternatively use some 3rd–party solution. We offer a much simpler way with our Admin Services deal. We will make a full backup copy of your virtual server on a weekly basis, so you never have to fear losing critical data. And we can always restore a backup very fast. All the backups are stored on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost infinite set of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software apps. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Admin Services deal, which permits you to ask any of our skilled server administrators to install and set up any software application and to fix any issue that you’re experiencing with your VPS.

The Admin Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. It is an extra for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
